Site Clear Solutions Ltd were requested to perform a site clearance of a fire damaged static caravan on behalf of Park Resorts, the unit had suffered fire damage, leaving various debris which required to be cleared promptly, due to it being on view to the public.
On provision of photographs of the unit in question a full site-specific method statement and risk assessment were produced. All waste materials were removed from site by an authorised waste carrier, as registered with the Environment Agency, for disposal to a suitably licensed waste management facility in accordance with the requirements of The Environmental Protection Act 1990;
All work was undertaken in accordance with pre-agreed Method Statements/Risk Assessments and all current relevant Health & Safety legislation. All on-site personnel were fully briefed on the method statement and associated risk assessments.
Due to the nature of the site being a holiday park all works from delivery and collection of skips and clearance of the waste was completed within the day allowing the park to operate as normal again that weekend.
The works undertaken by Site Clear Solutions on this project were highly praised by Park Resorts.
